1. When will my package arrive?
Orders placed before 3:00pm (EST) will ship the same day. Your package will arrive 1 to 5 days for regular, in-stock items shipping to the United States. For information on Direct Ship, Special Order items and other shipping details please contact us.
2. How can I track my package?
Tracking information can be found by logging into My Account
If you placed an order without signing up for an account, you'll need your Web Order ID contained in the order confirmation email from Smarthome. Enter your Web Order ID and billing zip code on the Order Status page.
3. What are your hours and contact information?

4. What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days of original shipped date, and we'll replace it or refund the cost of the item (excluding shipping fees). After 30 days the product falls under the manufacturer warranty and therefore product replacements must be resolved through the manufacturer. 5. When will I receive credit for my return?
We promise to process your return within 5 days of arrival back into our warehouse. Credits can take up to (2) credit card billing cycles to appear on your statement.
We will be unable to accept any return that does not meet this criteria: your return must be within 30 days of shipped date, in new condition and in the original packaging.
6. I returned my purchase, how will I know you received it?
Once your return has been received in our warehouse, you will receive (2) automated emails, one confirming receipt of your package and one confirming your credit. We suggest waiting 5 business days before you contact us about a return. Credits can take up to (2) credit card billing cycles to appear on your statement. Read our entire return policy here.
7. How do I use my credit on file?
Any credits on file will be automatically applied to your next order (you will not see the credit when you place your order).
